   Coach Bethany Snider

 

Beth Snider began her lacrosse journey as an athlete at Shaler Area.  Her love for the game took her to Mt. Union and Thiel College. There she completed her collegiate career and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business.  She then returned home to Shaler and started coaching.  After her tenure in high school, she began to coach at Ohio-Wesleyan and Gannon before being named the head coach at Westminster College.    Beth brings a wealth of knowledge and an energetic personality to Lightning.  Interesting fact Coach Beth can speak Japanese.  

 

  Coach Ashley Potofsky

Ashley Potofsky has 8+ years of lacrosse experience. As a high school player in Canada, she played 4 years on varsity and was captain her senior year.  During high school, she was a midfielder.  She then went on to play 4 years of college lacrosse at Allegheny College. As a Gator, she played low defense and graduated in 2017.  This being her first year coaching she is excited to take part in growing the game. Ashely has her degree in Psychology and is currently employed by Auberle.  

 

 

Coach Kaelin Clogan

Kaelin Clogan has 11+ years of lacrosse experience. She played goalie for Pine-Richland High School and was on varsity for 3 years while also playing for Intrepid's 2013 Club Team. She then went on to be the starting goalie all 4 years at Allegheny College and Captain her senior year.  She graduated with a degree in Biology and plans on enrolling in a master's program for Occupational Therapy. She has been a Coach Intern for Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club, specializing in high school goalies. She is excited to get a chance to help develop goalies in the Pittsburgh area and help grow and develop the game!

Jenn Cingolani is the head coach at North Catholic High School.  Her positive vibe and passion for lacrosse encourage players to developed and be better players and people.  She played attack at Duquesne University.

Emma Ivory, is a 2018 Graduate of North Catholic High School and is currently playing for Gannon University.  Emma's high energy and passion for the game is evident from the moment players met her.  She is a defender focusing on that side of the field and teaching players proper technique.

 

Courtney Young is a 2018 graduate of South Fayette High School.  She played at Gannon University.  Her commonsense approach to the game and positive outlook help develop solid skills and fundamentals of the game

 

Kinsey Sperling is a 2021 graduate of North Catholic High School.  She will be a student-athlete at Westminister College.  Kinsey has been named All WPIAL as a goalie and focuses on teaching both proper technique and the mental aspect of the game.
