To provide youth lacrosse players of North Hills an extened chance to play lacrosse after the spring season ends.

At Arrow and Lightning Lacrosse we have developed a safety plan in light of the Pandemic Coronavirus Covid-19.  We are all excited to see a return to play for Lacrosse, but realize it is important to mitigate a safe return.  Our program will be implementing the following changes:

  • All players must come to the field for games in their equipment.  No equipment bags in the fields.  In other words, put your equipment on by your car.
  • All players must provide there own water.
  • There will be no sharing of equipment.
  • All players will should bring a reversible jersey they will be expected to bring to each game, no sharing jerseys. If you do not have a Reversible we will provide you one to keep!
  • We are asking only one guardian to bring your athlete. Please do not bring the whole family.  We have a cap on the number of people that are allowed at the field
  • We ask spectators to social distance, wear a facemask, and bring your own seating.
  • Everyone must wear a facemask in and out of the facility or facility.
  • Players, coaches, and referees will be required to wear a facemask.  Players may remove the facemask while in competition and on the sideline if they are social distancing.  Referees may remove their masks while on the field and exerting themselves.
  • We will ask all participants and families to please wash your hands before coming to play and if you feel sick or have a fever to stay home.
  • For leagues. Games will be played 7v7.  6 Field players and a goalie. Roster cap at 15 players per team..  No Long Poles.

By following the plan we can return to play and keep the spread low.
