The 2023 Summer Program:

 For summer 2023, we will have team practices and participate in a league game.  Typically we run two days a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings from Early June to Late July.  In the summer, the practices will focus more on team development and play.  The high school teams will travel to two summer events.  The King of Queens June 24-25, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the Niagara Lacrosse Classic July 15-16, 2023, in Niagara Region, New York. 

Summer Costs $900 and includes all events, coaches, training, and summer league. 

We allow girls to play for Lightning even if they also play for another program simultaneously.  We also encourage multi-sport and multi-team athletes. 

Training without Travel Tournaments:

We also provide a  summer training package.  It will include Lighting Training and our Lightning league. It does not include Travel Tournaments.
